Making a complaint is simple and can be achieved in the following four steps:

  1. Identify the CAUSE: The complainant should identify the cause of the problem.
  2. Report the CAUSE: If the cause is our service or the solution provided to your debt problems, then proceed with the complaint. If not, please check the underlying cause of the problem and inform us of the same at customercare@fixyourfinances.com.au
  3. Collect the evidence: To make the complaint, please collect supporting evidence such as emails, documents provided by us to you through our official emails that will assist our investigation into your complaint.
  4. Make the Complaint: You can now proceed to make the complaint at complaints@fixyourfinances.com.au
